Tires, Tires, and more Tires

I have found a good set of cheap ITP rims but I CANT FIND A TIRE to fit that certain rim. The I find the right rim for that tire it is $50.00 more a rim. And there is alway those odd sizes that no one makes tires for. If you reply to this please but every kind of tire brand you know of. I need help big time.
