Yesterday I went to 3 different Yamaha dealers wanting to look at the new plastic on the 2003 Blaster. No one had any of either color. They had the banshee, Raptors, and Wolverines in 03 models but no blasters and very few warriors. Every one of them had left over 02 blaster that they were happy to try and sell. They all said that they would have to try and locate one from another dealer in Ohio or WVA. Two of the dealers told me that a Warrior would be easier to locate in black than the Blaster in any color.

What is up with this? I have yet to even see one in the back of a truck, let alone a dealership. Where are they?

They are out there, but will be hard to find at smaller dealerships who still have some 2002 models left.

We still have a few 2002s ourselves, but also have some 2003s. All the ones we have gotten so far have been Blue.

Try your bigger dealers near you. They wont risk a lost sale of an '03 model just to try and put you on an '02 model.

I would just like to see one of the black and red ones. I am thinking of getting a new blaster when I sell my Bayou but I can not get any takers on the thing yet. It has never been rolled or flipped, I bought it for the wife but it ran over her and she hates it now. Bought it in March 01, ran over wife 4-11-01, sat in the garage from 4-12-01 to 9-1-01, then didn'y get rode until 5-20-02 when I set banks lines for fishing. I did start it about every 2 weeks to keep the battery charged and to move around the garage. My wife took over the Trailboss and I don't like putt puttin around on a 220 when my friends are all riding sports quads.

Is $2500 too much for a 01 Bayou 220 with less than 6 hours on it?
