Has anyone sent their wolverine to Mickey Dunlap for the 435cc or 500cc stroke kit? If you have how does it run now and was it worth the money?

 

Maybe in a year or two I'll send the motor to him, when I get bored with it. Hows that unlocker workin out for you?

 

I just finished the un-locker install Sunday and was just heading out to Hillsville for a test run when a storm hit, so hopefully I can try it out later this week......

 

I sent him my '95 engine. Had him do the valves and springs, head porting, intake boot, etc. It flat out screams. You will need an additional oiler cooler. The wolverine runs hot to begin with it just gets hotter with the mods.

 

He did a 500 wolverine for me, thing runs great and no problems.
