High Lifter A problem?

I just wanted to know if anyone else is having problems with High-lifter,I ordered A clutch kit for my Grizzly and A front skid plate for my Kodiak in Feb.I contacted them they said they had problems with an instalation kit for the skid plate on the Kodiak,funny how all the funds passed on my credit card,I give them untill the end of march before I take action!

I havn't bought anything yet. However I did e-mail them asking some questions about the clutch kit (a week ago) I havn't heard even a peep from them. I guess they don't want to sell me one.

I've learned from experience that email is not the most effective way to communicate with Highlifter. They answer their email very poorly. However, they have been very helpful on the phone, answering any and all questions I had very thoroughly. Also, when I ordered my clutch kit from them it only took four days to get it.

I called Highlifter and they couldnt give me a price on a racing cam so they said they would contact web cams and call me back that same day well that was over a month ago still havent heard from them but I already put a cam on from James Lucky Atv.
