I have a stock '94 Warrior that until recently ran great with the stock 145 main jet. At 1/2-3/4 to full throttle it started to cut out and acted like it was starving for fuel. After jetting up to a 165 main in steps of 5 it still ran poorly. In cleaning the carb and filter, the filter (original) showed signs that it needed to be repaced. Replaced with a K&N stock replacement. In a last ditch effort to avoid having to shell out money to a local shop to work on it, I rejetted to a 135 and it is running great again. Any ideas on why I would suddenly need to rejet leaner after running great for 8 years. No appreciable change in riding temp, altitude, etc.
