Here it goes. I bought a clutch basket off of ebay from a reputable seller. Its a JP racing basket with the gear already attached to it. So my day today consisted of taking off my case, draining all the fluids, and taking the clutch off. I get everything taken off and ready to install the new basket, when I realize something. The JP racing basket that I bought doesnt have a kick starter gear on it. There is a smaller gear behind the bigger gear that I suppose hooks up to the kick starter. The basket I bought doesnt have that. How do I get this gear off my old basket onto the new one? Is it pressed on? God.. This makes me so mad!!!!

Anyone help??

thanks

NICK

Are you sure the clutch basket that you bought is for the Banshee? Seems to me like you might have been sold a Raptor basket...

very very sure its for a banshee. Its all the same except for the missing small gear on the back. It just looks to be pressed on?

If I am not mistaken, it slides in from the top.....is'nt there a phillips screw that holds it at the top?
