On the weekend I had my 93 Worrior out on a fire road and noticed that in 5th and 6th gear and only at hi revs the bike would stop accelerating but the engine would keep increasing RPM is this a clutch problem or transmission issue.

You need a new clutch set....

Mine is also starting to rev in 5th and 6th. Getting ready to go thru the whole engine. Mine has been good to me this year considering the motor has never been rebuilt.
