Warrior Head bolt torque specs

Can someone tell me the torque specs for the head bolts on a Warrior?

Warrior Head bolt torque specs

The shop manual shows the long flange bolts at 29 F.P.
The hexagon bolt torque is 14 F.P.
I assume you already know the tightening sequence.
