I ordered a 410 Power Valve setup from Trinity 8 weeks ago and they still tell me they have no idea when I will get it. Has anyone else ever had this problem with Trinity?

 

NO! Call harry direct. That is too long, what did they say when you ordered it? Did they tell you how long it would take at the time of your order?
I have ALWAYS had good results from trinity and have never had to wait more then 4 weeks for a complete motor to be built.

 

Call and talk to harry himself. If I know one thing about trinity it is their customer service. Harry will take care of you no doubt. What I dont understand is why you would post this thread before you talked to Harry about this problem!

 

Harry and I are pretty much on first name basis by this time. I have spoken with Harry and/or Jimmy almost daily for the past 2 weeks. BTW I am not bashing Trinity by any means I was just wondering if anyone else was having to wait for the 410 Power Valve setup. Seems as though they are having a supplier problem. I think they are getting it all worked out now.
