Icon help - Is there anyway to take 4pics and have them rotate

I was thinking of useing the pics from the different angles and then making it into a gif i have a feeling you can do it but how thanks for your help?

You need a GIF animating program for that. I use Ulead GIF Animator. My Icon is actualy 3 frames (pics) from a video.
