hey how does the baslter do against a 400ex in a drag? what does it take for the blaster to beat the 400ex if it doesnt stock.. mine has fmf with fattys and a pc2 silencer ... what other mods do i need to beat this stock 400ex?

Yes That mite work but the 240 big Bore from CT Racing is $929.00.
And Trinity Racing also Makes a 285 Big Bore.

No pipe is going to get you to the 25+hp you need to beat a 400ex. One of the 240 kits advertises 40hp (I think). 40hp would be enough to beat a raptor or banshee. The cost isint worth it though unless you got your blaster real real cheap. I say get it ported, up the compression, and get a bigger carb. If thats not enough you may have to run on alcy. Personally I dont trust stroker kits. They may be sweet and all but I dont want to sacrifice that much reliability.

 

the whole kit cost 1300 so that would bring the cost up to about what a 300ex its still pretty expensive but when you put it into perpective the blaster is pretty cheap
