piped shee with intake vs trinity raptor

It takes about an hour to drive there from Poway. I'm not sure how many miles it is. I always go the back way out Scripps Poway Pkwy. to highway 67 into Lakeside and then hit highway 8, no I don't know of any places here in San Diego to ride. That includes indoor or outdoor tracks. A friend of mine that owns Yakkey Racing is into drag racing quads. Look up his upcoming events. I think he will be having atv street drags pretty soon at Carlsbad Raceway, but he sometimes has events down at Qualcomm stadium, and you can just bring your quad down and show up. That's about the only place I know to ride beside Otay area and Corral Canyon.

I'll try and find out for you as soon as I can. He isn't at his shop right now, and I sent him an e-mail. Either way I'll probably have an answer for you by this evening.

a piped shee will put out about 50 horse so will a piped rap. i have no idea what an intake will do but a 686 with stock carbs will put out 60 or more horse. and i think a 727 puts out 70 or so with bigger carbs so there is no way a piped shee can run with a 727.

Yeah, that's a no-brainer. My DS650 with just a modded endcap, and K&N filter beat a Banshee with Toomeys, and Trinity 2into1 intake & carb. So ANY trinity Raptor, even just a piped/ported Raptor with stock bore will beat it. No offense, it's the truth.

a big part of the race would be what your racing on. on the street a banshee will shine like any other 2 stroke, but still even a piped rap will be right next to a piped shee. on the dirt is a whole nother story 4 strokes need to spin there tires to go fast and all 2 strokes do in dirt is spin i have raced a stock 2002 shee on my 03 LE rap in loss dirt and the shee couldnt come close but on the street it is right behind me.
