Street bike Question
#2
I have a warrior, and a street bike, but the street bike isin't a warrior
From what I can tell though looks like a good bike with a bit of aftermarket following, would be hard for me to justify something so expensive when theres a crotch rocket a across the isle in the dealership. Also, I think a vette has to be way more fun. Keep the vette and buy a vintage like mine. Mine looks like a cruiser, is fast, and only cost me 350 with 7k miles on it and perf chrome.

probally I'd start here...International Star Riders Assoc. they ride all kinds of yammy star bikes & have a good discussion on delphi. whether it is road stars, royal stars, ventures, or v stars, they are up on it.
quite a few of the group I ride with have the road stars, & they are happy with them, the warrior is based on the road star, but with sport bike suspension, & more ponies. the rear passenger section is quite limited, as the pegs are high, & the rear seat is small.
as far as one of the best dealers, or for questions give Tony, or monty, or brad a call. 1-800-yamaha 0 (zero)
yamaha sports center, hot springs & texarkana, I can't say enough good things about these folks, from the dealing I've had with them. I call for parts, & acces for mine, & they get them to me, for a good price.
you may also want to check out Barons Custom Cycle he has done a lot for the Star line as well, & no doubt has some input on the warrior.
myself I have a "classic"..(poor humor) one of the best ones they USED to MAKE..but have dropped..
a v 4 Royal star tour de boulevard.. with a ignition module, pipes, & carb work, & V MAX REAR, it is quite enjoyable to ride..
3rd gear to 95...
the missus has a v star classic..pipe mods & carb mods it has 40 RWHP..not bad for a 650..
I can't give an opinion on the warrior, as I haven't ridden one, or know anybody that has one, but the v max winks at me a little more in the showroom..(I kinda like the smallblock chevy sound..)
hope this helps..
