i want to remove the baffle from my stock raptor exhaust, what is the easyest way to do so.This won't hurt my quad right?Later

 

You need an allen key and a screw driver to bang the baffle out. Not really worth it though. The only bennifit will be that
it sounds better ie. louder. Dont expect performance improvements.

If it makes you feel better, you wont hurt your quad.
My advise would be to replace the exhaust. I have a full Yoshi system, and it gave me an extra 20 - 30% power.

what baffle are you tlaking about? is it part of the spark arrestor, or is that another thing that cna be removed

i was surpised how loud it was, you could call it like a REAL 4 stroke thumper now. I haven't riden it without it on yet but this weekend i will be able to tell if its gained any performance over the powerband.Later

did you honestly notice an increase in power, or just noise? or because it is louder, it may SEEM faster???

 

why dont you just get a sink drain stopper and bolt on to the end of your pipe?lol!
