Dont want to ruin the fun but I dont think it is, Its only legal in 3 states unless you make it a threewheeler. Florida and oregon and another or something like that, but missouri dosent ring a bell.

Oregon has laws to keep atv's off the streets. I met a guy elk hunting who had spent lots of money making his Polaris 500 street legal. He had turn signals, mirrors, extended fenders, etc. He was legal for awhile until Oregon said "no way".

Should put pedals on it and call it a bike. Then not only are you street legal but cars have to get out of your way and make space for you. Could call it pedals with assist. The piston is a is really a leg turning the pedals for you because you injured your ancle or something

The only way I know that you can legally ride an atv on public roads in MO is if you are going from one farm that you own to another. You must be wearing a helmet and have the current sticker. I have rode both of my banshees into town (about 8 miles of highway). I was stopped while on the TT bike, clocked at about 70, I told him I was going to another farm that we own (I was really going to the bar). He said if he wasn't in a hurry, he would follow me to make sure that is where I was going.

Yeah sorry to say but missouri changed its laws a few years ago, they can give you a ticket for riding on public roads and for riding double on any atv. In extreme situations they can take your ride from you. Wish you could ride them on the streets.

in mio mi. they let you ride the quads and dirtbikes all day long, no matter what you have done to it. maybe sound they'll give you a ticket, but thats it. we were riding around twon, and a cop stopped us and said you guys are goin too fast, and your buddy is on the wrong side of the road, and he took off. it was cool

street legal?

Before it can be legal you must have it safety checked and a few things won't pass You need an emmisions approved DOT approved exhaust and silencer (DT200R) . DOT wheels & tires (easy) DOT approved brake sysetm (hard), DOT Horn, signals, brake light etc etc. depending on where you live there maybe laws against running open wheel machines or machines with tires that are out over 4" from the body.
BTW a 15tooth will not fit
