if you don't have the money to get new a-arms you could also get spacers if you don't do lots of jumping

Would be cheaper to flip the rears and get spacers for the front. Rear dont require valve stem relocation. (if the rears are offset)
Flipping the fronts is a little dangerous because of the extra pressure on the streering, which probably goes for any widening of the front end other than lengthening the a arms.

I don't own a raptor, so I can't speak about valve stem clearance. Have you checked that yet? In my experience w/other quads its usually a problem.

A reversed rim is really just more rim offset. That's just more load on the balljoints and etc... This will of course increase the twist and bumps you feel significantly, as there is a lot more leverage applied now. Add a steering stabalizer. Is it safe? Probably, if you can live with the bump steer, jolts and etc...

Look into the aftermarket for rims with more +offset. That effectively what a reversed rim does, and if the aftermarket makes one you can assume you front end is safe. Or, as nobody our there is claiming the front end is marginal, just do it.
