Default Steering Stailizer for Raptor?

Adam, I purchased mine for high speed twitchyness problems on my Rap.....problem solved. I exclusively trail ride, a damper is a must for high speed stability and confidence.

i agree with gary. i too have a PEP, and it was a total pain in the a$$ to install. i recommend a Denton product.
and check yer alignment with a tape measure just for fun... i have seen many of them way off, causing head shake and such.

Does Denton have adjustable on setting, just asking.... If does that mean you have to stop the bike and make the adjustment.

On GPR the adjustment is on top of the GPR and you can adjust on the fly as you riding. On Denton or PEP you can't do that.
In order to make your riding easier get GPR and the installation is very painless. About half of the time to install PEP or Denton or any brand that install that hold the steering stem area.

Yes the price is high but it will pay it self over the yr that you will keep it

That just MO!!

Are steering stabilizers universal? Like I was looking on ebay, they have some PEP stabilizers, but not much else. But the title says "stabilizer for Raptor, 400ex, Z400, Banshee". So are they universal?

By the way, is a steering damper the same as a stabilizer?

yes, most are adjustable, but you'll find the setting you like and leave it there. some are rebuildable as well. you can spend a ton on these things, so do dome shopping. there was an article in atv sport magazine last summer about them.
