Default Swing Arm extension ?s

I know the Quad shop quit doing them but I have a couple questions for the guys that have them.
What is it made out of, I know aluminum, how thick?
Did you revalve your rear shock when you did it?
How long is yours? EDIT: how long is your swingarm extesion.
How many more links of chain did you have to use?

Thanks for the answers.

Ward, send it to me and I will drive it over to Bullet Fab.
pictures
he has done 4 swing arms for us and they are perfect. I did +3" on mine with 111 links and a 42 sprocket. 110 would work with stock.

JTM has them ready to ship for under $300. It adds 4.5's and is removable if you don't like it. It takes a 108 link chain.

Thats not really what I was looking for. I was just wondering how thick of aluminum he uses? I might end up going that route but I am going to try another one first.

Ward,

I haven't given up on the adjustable swingarm idea. Actually, I have a few buds working on it right now, but we're trying the first one out of mild steel to make sure it fits and works. It will be awhile though before we get it right!

Ward I got a +4 extension on "TUNED" raptor, and a 4"x6" solid peice of aluminum was used and drilled out legnth wise to get rid of excess weight.
