one way starter

Default one way starter

i just bought the one way starter for the raptor and i want to put it on can anyone help me by tellin me how to do this. I would be much thankful

I haven't done it myself but it shouldn't be too hard. How far have you gotten?

i took the little cap off with the 4 bolts and the ones off the side case but idk if thats right...do i have to take that off?

Like I said I have never done it but your starter clutch is behind your flywheel so yes I think you need to take of the side cover. You will also need to take off the fly wheel. You might want to wait and get better advice before I tell you something wrong. My manual isn't here or I could be better help.

If you don't have a manual, looking at the microfish may help I don't know.

You have to pull off the side cover and remove the rotor to get to the one way clutch. When installing the one way clutch, the arrow mark on the starter clutch must face inward, away from the AC magneto rotor.
