We had a Predator lined up to come play. The owner thought it was faster than a stock raptor. Well we never got the race in cause the Predator would not start. LOL


So has anyone seen a pedator and raptor race in a distance of 300 or more feet???

Hopefully the next thing won't be the carbs popping off, the one way failing, the tranny failing, the axle bending, etc..... sounds all to painfully familiar for us 2001 guys. lol

 

That sucks, surely you got it started. It would be nice to hear how well they do in a controled environment.

 

whrdkn- never got it started. It had a electrical gremlin somewhere.

I always forget to cut the gas on.... its so deceptive how it will run for a good 2-3 mins before runnin out. Did yall check the plug? I bet he just didnt want it to crank lol, probably had unhooked the plug while u werent lookin or somethin.

we really did try to get the pos started for 30 minutes. When we finally got it started it ran for 19 seconds. It was to cold to screw with it. I was looking foreward to riding it. That is one advantage to having a track and dragstrip at my house. I get to ride a lot of different quads. One of my favorite so far was a pilot400 in cherry shape. I rode a few killer250r's and was not real impressed.

 

i rode one today.it will be very close to a stock raptor,but handels way better.our drag strip was snow covered so good drag results are pending.i was very impressed with it overall.hopefully yamaha takes a look at the pro steering and comes up their own version.
