I was wondering what is the #1 best budget and the #1 not so buget preformance gain you can do to a Raptor?

what was I thinking...if you have a $6,000 Raptor you should get the $300 slipon pipe and K&N.

 

make it breathe, and no. you dont neeed to buy a head pipe. i have FMF powercore4sa slip on about 200. open up air box with a dremel tool. you may need to rejet, do a plug test, anyone inhere can tell ya how that works better than me. you wont believe the difference!

Biggest bang for the money-

1. Open the air box up
2. add a mbrp slip-on
3. install a stage 1 cam

By doing this you will pass up all your buddies with a full system for the same money or less. Just tell them it must be the slip-on lol

 

I always figured cam and piston were best bang for your buck. Fourwheeler pipes just plain **** me off with their outrageous prices. I would rather buy a full exhaust system for my TRUCK since its cheaper than most SLIP ONS.

 

Correct jetting would be my advice for best bang for the $$$, with opened air box.

 

Maybe not the best bang for your buck, but a set of off-setting wheels(ITP) all the way round especailly on shredders(holeshots, razors,etc.) will greatly improve the handling. A good silp-on is a noticable improvement as well. It is amazing how much torque a slip-on can give you.

ive been looking for a slip on for $200 or less, so far all i have found are the e-series and HMF, what is the best pipe for me that is in this price range??? im as interested in the sound of it as i am the performance
