Actually, I just asked my dealer today if he has had any 03 Grizz in the shop for CV joint probs. He said nobody has complained or had any probs with any of the 03 Grizzlies that he has sold. Not too sure how many they sell there, but they have quite a big showroom with plenty of 03 Grizz models. Judging my the different colours I see when I go in there, he sells quite a few. (The red and blue ones are a pain in the **** to get a hold of over here). I've had mine now for 3 weeks and have had no probs. Been riding it at about 50 kms/h over some frozen Canadian fields and large ice chunks with no problems at all. The suspension does sqeak a little after its wet then freezes, but no biggie.
Hope this helps,
Take care,
-Jeff

I know a lot of people with 2003 Grizzlies and many have had no problem at all. People usually have troubles with oversized tires or when the ATV is kept on "diff lock" on hard packed terrain. I'm sure that some people have had problems with the CV joints but I don't think that the amount of complaints regarding this issue on this site is representative. I believe a lot of the same frustrated persons are posting their complaints over and over under different user names. I've also talked to my dealer and he's only seen this problem twice, one of which was on an '04 with 27" rubber.

Same here my dealer has had one cv shaft problem. The guy was running mudzillas and blew the joint apart. My dealer has been selling about 3-5 grizzlies a month this past 2 years. With only one return I wouldn't worry about it.
