Default blaster spitting oil out of case breather tube? need help

I was riding my wifes blaster a while back and notice oil all over the front of the engine and exhaust. there is a tube that drops down around the steering and I assumed it was connected to the case. What would cause the case fluid to come out of that tube. Its really messy and Im worried something is seriously wrong. I havent changed the oil yet, what would be the best to refill the case with. could it be from the motor getting to hot, or bad oil in case.
any and all help appreciated

Thanks

That is not good. Either the tranny is over full or you have a leaking crank seal on the right side or a internal leak in the case half's.

What would be a good oil to put in the case. I figure i would at least drain it out and replace to the proper amount needed. its only coming out of the tube at this point.

Thanks
