Ima say warrior, cause if your 200lbs at 14 you still have some growing to do and will probably get heavier. 300ex is nice but more expensive. Mojave is weak. I was the same size as you at age 14 and by 16 I was like 6'1" 240, then by 18 6'3" 245. I can fit on my friends blaster but my knees hit the handle bars some times and I look like an adult that stole some kids toy. Anyone over 6' looks wrong on a blaster. Pretty much has to be a 400ex, Warrior, or maybe 300ex. Hunt for one of those and buy whatever you get the most under blue book on. Blaster or Mojave you will feel and look awkward in the upcoming years.
BTW you might be able to get a new 400ex for 4600 if you look hard enough.

Video tape it and you will see you look like a circus bear on a uni-cycle. Gets worse and worse as you grow. They sill feel alright for short rides and all, but you can tell its too small. Besides, in stock form, their just not made for that much weight. Im not saying you wouldnt have fun if you got one, just saying youd be wanting something bigger in a year or two. Heck, even a 400ex is a lil small to me, workable, just not as much room as id like.

You might notice the blasters size but the thing that would probably bother you the most would be too soft suspension for your size......i would go with the warrior,or the blaster if you feel comfortable with it.....i really dont see the advantage of a 300ex or mojave or a 300ex that the money you save cant fix,my blaster beats 300exs and mojave on any track i ride
