My grizzly rear drum brake provides a enormous amount of drag even when not applied but when i go around to the back by the rear axle and i manually pull back on the arm to which all the cables are attached to there is hardly any drag.
Also when riding the drum gets extremely hot from the friction. I was wonder if anyone else had this problem and if there is an easy way to fix it?

If you take apart the brakes, you will most likely find that the brake pads have broken loose from the brake shoe. Don't ride till you see if this is the case because you will distroy your brake drum (very expensive) BUY AFTER MARKET BRAKES. YAMAHAS BRAKES ARE THE WORST YOU CAN BUY,THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME!
