WARNING!!!!

This a warning for any ATVer or shop considering doing business with a person named Michael Chillemi from Australia.
It is probably more a warning for British ATV businesses because that is where he is heading very soon, but you never know where these characters may turn up. I run an ATV accessory business in Australia and I am not ashamed to say I got stung to the tune of $2,225. Having dealt with this person previously, I was lured into a situation where Mr Chillemi needed parts for an important race. Being an ex-racer, I understood the stress involved in needing parts quickly to be able to compete so being a trusting person, I sent the parts before being paid. Rims, tyres, fuel tap, gearstick, throttle cable, thumb throttle. I even pulled the 68mm piston kits out of my own Banshee to help him out. I paid the express freight as well. Guess what happened? Give him a few weeks to get his act together. Time to pay Mick. He has no money." I will pay up when my pizza shop sells or when the quad sells, which ever happens first. By the way, I am going to England for a couple of years and am getting a sponsored ride there". Well, the pizza shop sells and no money. Then I get a call from the person who bought his quad and they try to sell the parts back to me. Time to panic. His house phone is answered by an electrician working for the new owners and all I get on his mobile is hang ups.
So, if anyone out in Quadland is ever approached by Michael "Mick" Chillemi from Australia, remember my sad but true story

Now that really bites. It funny how people will still burn you even after you bend over backwards trying to help them out. You even disabled your own Banshee for this guy.
Remember what goes around comes around. He'll get his!!!!!!!!!!!

I know how ya feel bud. I manage a retail tire store in my town. People are always trying to get something for nothing. Bring him down to NC and I'd be glad to drag him through the woods for ya free of charge! lol
