i have recently purchased a yz400x engine and am planning on putting it in a lawnmower with 20 inch holeshots on the back,k&n airfilter,and boyeson rad valve.fast mowing!!!!!!!

The YZ400 isnt that old. The YZ400 came out in 96 or 97 I think and then it was bumped up to a YZ426 and then soon after to whatever it is now a 450 isnt it? Anyway the current YZ450 engine is based off the 400 engine.
