I just got my Elkas ( I love the big brown truck!!)!!!
I got front tripple rates with remote rezzies & a rear dual rate with remote rezzie, compression & rebound adjustments.
I also got the Elka covers.
With the checking around on the web The Quad shop saved me some big $$$!!!

These suckers look sweet!!
I'm going to take some before & after pics & measurements when I put them on.
I'll post them when I do.

Yea I got SSD's.
Marty asked me not to tell how much I gave for them but I'll tell you the diffrence in prices compaired to other places I'd seen was considerable.

I'm not sure yet, I ordered them set up for +2 a arms & I won't have them for a couple of months.
I got the Elkas now cause the prices are going up the 1st so I need to wait till I get my tax refund to get the a arms from Swytak.

Check out This pic
Look at the diffrence in size of the shock shafts!!
The springs are much beefier too.
The Elka is about an inch longer than the stocker.

Moose,

I was in Tulsa last week and that's the first time I've seen snow in about 10 years! Anyway, I bet you had the Raptor out in it... Fun!

On the rear shock, why did you choose the full Elka rear over the Elka rear conversion? Have you ridden bikes that had both? I'm sure the Elka is better but I'm wondering if it's worth the price difference...

Thanks.

Moose,

Do you have an extended swingarm like Blueleader ? Is the rear shock a direct stock replacement ?

Thanks, Eric

I decided to get the rear Elka so when I sell my quad I could put the stock shocks back on.
I still have all the stock parts I've taken off, I'll put them on my new quad or sell them seperatly If I don't get another Raptor, I don't think I'd ever get my money back out of them if I left all the aftermarket stuff on the quad when it's time to sell it.

Right now I have the stock length swing arm, Marty said when I extend it I won't need to revalve just add a stronger spring.
I'm not sure what you mean by a direct stock replacement.
It's not their recreational shock it's the sports & racing series.
It has a dual rate spring, rebound & compression adjustment.
