Extended swingarms and a-arms on a blaster?
#1
I would like to lengthen and wider the Blaster and was wondering what is the best route? I did a search on E-bay for a longer swingarm and found a +4 that was $100 but it came unfinished. Anyone made there Blaster more stable without spending a $1000?

To do it right.............nope!!!
The problem is,,,once you stretch it, then you need to spring it,,,then you need to make it more powerful. Unless you dont mind your front tires never leaving the ground.

but then the back brake won't work so you have to buy there brake kit and a new chain.
I have installed a 3 1/2 " (i think) extension.
The chain adjusters are a pain also.

I sold my warrior and was going to try and get buy with the blaster for this summer and then get a Raptor or LTZ400 next summer. I guess I'll just ride it as it is and save for next summer.

World class atv sells extended swing arms for 325 unfinished, Burgards +2/+1 a-arms off ebay for 425 and You could buy a used banshee rear axle, which fits a blaster and is at least three inches wider, Plus I've seen durablue axles priced as low as 249.
