Sprocket:
I have never used them, but have many friends that swear by them. As far as I know they will last forever,,,and are a bit heavy.
Chain: ???

I ran one for over a year but they do not last forever. My recommendation is to buy 3 front sprockets for one rear. Rotate through the fronts every 10-15 hours. That will keep the fronts more in sync with the rear and the wear on the chain. If you wait to wear a front sprocket all the way out then the next will wear even quicker. You might even think about rotating 4 front sprockets. Buy the sidewinder lube too.

I've got the sidewinder set up. No complaints, real helpful on the phone also when ordering. The only thing I've noticed is that the chains stretch immensely. I've never seen any other chain stretch so much. I honestly had to adjust it after each of the first five rides. Even had to take another link out. Other than that, they seem great.
