Default warrior vs. 400ex

This is no BS.

Its not worth spending the money on a warrior trying to out run a 400EX.

Sorry the 400EX has the advantage.

Default warrior vs. 400ex

I bought the 4wt wicked warrior kit and im pretty sure it would annihilate a stock 400ex and be about even with a kinda modded one. If you want all out speed though get the 450 cam, it wont be as rideable but if you pair that with a 12:1 piston and a bigger carb you will be in the 34-36hp range (estimate). Stock 400ex is 25-27. The biggest thing you can do though is to reduce the weight, the bumper and stock exhaust are absurd in how much they weigh. While your doing all this though, remember that if you ever sell it your not going to get your money back out, you will never be as fast as the "big boyz" and dont expect to be faster than anything until you race it. If your modding a warrior the ONLY way your going to be happy is if your doing it for the right reasons. Either to race in a specific cc class or to just bring up your fun factor. If your trying to build a drag racer a different platform would be a better starting point. Although I do admit it makes a good "wolf in sheeps clothing" against all the 400ex and blaster guys. For the same amount of money though, a 400ex will make more power.
