Default Raptor won't stay running!

I took the Raptor out of the shed on monday and it ran for about 45 seconds and shut off wouldn't start after that I changed plugs and finnally sprayed the carps it started but would not stay running I took off the fuel; line from the tank to the carb and no gas came out so I checked to see if I had gas yep almost full turned the gas from on to off no gas coming out turned it to res. and then it comes outso when it is on there is nothing but when its on res theres gas it will run on res but not on on has anyone experiances this b4 I checked out the parts list and its $25 bucks for a complete shut off valve but I'm not sure this is it well maybe when it warms up (its on 3 above right now) I will drain and flush the tank.. But at least it runs on res. oh yeah there is no ice in the tank or the lines first thing I checked with this cold weather.. Thanks for any help in advance...RY

Yep, just clean the valve and the tank good...that should do it.
