Has anyone heard that a 850cc 4 stroke banshee hybrid won the overall quad class at the Paris to Dakar rally?and another Yamaha was 2 or 3rd?

 

There it is.. they say it's a yamaha 850cc quad, any ideas on what engine? It was a banshee chassis though.

anyone notice, btw, that just about every bike was a single or dual cyl ktm? I mean, i didnt even ever see another brand of bike in the rally.

i did see a pretty sweet looking ds going through, and yes, i saw that banshee too. the shee was pretty wide and was running in first when i saw it.
