XxDumontRaptorxX- Head work means port and polish. They go in and remove material out of the intake and exhaust ports to open up the flow. Then the good shops polish the combustion chamber till it shines. Prices range from 350 and up. Craycraft kicked botty on the dyno at FSW's. You could gain as much as 10 hp done right. You will like the results.

I used my stock valves for 2 years with out any problems. In my book ferra valves are over priced. ( i do have them though)

The ferra valves are worth it. Every advantage you can get take it. Its all about horsepower.
