Hey i was just wondering????? If the supertrap pipe comes with 12 discs that you can install, less discs for less power, more for more power, is 12 the maximum it can hold??? If it can hold more, you could buy an extra 6 or 12 pack and stuff um in there for more of a power gain??? Just wondering, hope nobody has asked this before, thanks.

As for as I know on my Griz the less disks more power and louder. More disks, less power and alot quieter. As for putting more disks in the pipe you wouldn't be able to fit them in there. I have never tried this so I dont really know. But I WOULD NOT try it. It could damage the pipe or the Griz.

Well I had a mechanic do my Wolverine. I dunno if it will be the same for the Grizzly though. But my pipe came with like 10 discs or something like that? The mechanic had some extra discs laying around and put a total of 14 on it to fit the way I wanted the bikes power to be. (more discs=Top end less discs=low end) But I also had jetting done........I soon grew tired of a pooched out quad on the low end so now its on my low though. Like I said I dont know the Grizzly could be different! So please dont quote me as this being safe to do on your bike! Hope I helped SOME. =-) Hope oyu enjoy your Grizzly!

The locker is perfect for snow and mud riding. It will simply climb out of mud when you least expect it. But if you do alot of trail riding you will not enjoy it. You just simply cant steer the Griz. In mud and snow its very easy. Its also great for towing and drag competions. The mods you listed will help you alot power wise. They are great power mods and will up horsepower and torque. The clutch kit will help the griz get power to the wheels quicker and will allow the motor to run cooler. I recomend it for every Griz owner. I would recomened you get a Supertrapp pipe as well. This and the other mods together is a mixed solution for getting maxinum power.
