Thinking of going with mbrp exhaust, who else is running them.Do you feel the need
for heatshields.I.ve got a full yoshi now.Anyone else with full systems and no heatshields??Do you really need them???

dont bother with a new exhaust, the performance gains won't be enough to suffice the money spent, put your money on a high compression piston, cam, and new springs. Would be cheaper and definately more of a gain.

I have the Big Gun right now, LOUD. One of the bolts that held the heat shield on the pipe vibrated out so i had to take the whole shield off. I've kept it off ever since and haven't had any problems with it being to hot. Actually feels kinda nice some times when its cold out.

Flyinhigh- The mBRP has a nice flow master sound to it that is easy on the ears. Probably the best choice out there due to noise requirements. No need for a heat shield. You will like the pipe. I have tried most of the pipes out there and seen the rest. MBRP is the pipe that i use now. Soon to have them on all my quads.

Give raptorrc a call and order your pipe, or check out the MBRP site on ATV connection. Check out the pics of the new pipe that does not use the rings. They now have welded tabs for that cool, classy, sophicated look.
