I'm not saying don't do it, just be aware of what your getting yourself into, Do you know if your suseptable to altitude sickness? O2 is a nessesity since your not used to the altitude get every piece of protective gear you can find, also don't expect it to be warm it will be cool at the least at the top, could snow at the top too

 

a few years back Kevin Gigot ran a turbo, fuel injected banshee up it. I believe he set a record or something for speed but did not finish the race. it is a crazy race but neat watch.

Oh Jay do not make that request. I have been known to do stuff i should not. Looks like it will cost at least 2500 to play. 500 entry fee, medical ins, credentials and you have to be there for about 6 days. That price does not include travel, food or shelter. My wife is game for it.

 

The people that say it can't be that bad have NOT seen it for them selves and its wicked scary.

 

I have been up it in my truck. I do think the o2 is a good idea.
