I was crossing the river on my property in a spot i went thru a hunderd times. The last rain changed it a bit. It was to late. I watched my lakota float down the river. I had to go chase it down.lol. Got it and got it out. Drove it back hoe and changed all the fluids. This was a few years back. I do not recomend going thru 4 foot of water on a lakota

Yup! Warriors do float! I accidently dumped my moms into the 10' deep "lake" next to comp hill at south jetty a couple years ago. It just floated upside down out there for a while til we finally got a rope to drag it to shore. lol it's never performed the same since I felt so bad! I was in the process of getting my Raptor then so she let me borrow her Warrior. The only reason I dumped it is cause it had a short in the parking brake wiring and it made the engine cut out while I was side hilling, damn parking brake! Everyone should eliminate those *****!

Default whos been in the deep water with their quad?

One time me and a bunch of friends decided we was going to go for a ride at the last minute, well my timerwolf was down w/ swing arm bearings and axle bearings out of it so I talked my dad into letting me take his '02 Big Bear 4x4 w/ 27" IPT 589's. So far the day is going pretty good, im pretty well pushing everyone through the deep holes through the creek and were enaring the end and im sumwhat familar with the area and one of my friends rolls up on his cousins Forman ES and told me that there was a deep hole up about 100 ft but not to worry b/c he drove throguh it without a problem and that I could make it though it easily. I roll up to about where this deep hole was and i start to cross it and next thing i knew all we could see hanging out of dads 4 wheeler was the back rack just barely hanging out of the water. It sucked in water, the crankcase was completely full of water, so we got about 4 guys to come down there and push it out b/c my winch was under water, and where i was standing was at the front of the 4 wheeler pushing and im 6'4" and the water was up to my chest easily and verrrry cold! WE was down in the middle of some woods behind the river levy's so we got as much water out as we could and I rode it back up to the levy and rode back w/ a friend to get my trailer and on the way down I hit a hole and broke the side boards off the trailer, so far hes never asked me how those got broke but i fixed them. That was kinda hard to explain to him how the water got in the crankcase. Thats my little deep water encounter and im no longer for awhile still allowed to take dads 4 wheeler riding.

I sunk my banshee in Lake Michigan (submerged), pulled her out, pulled the plugs turned her upside down, kicked it a couple of times, flipped her back, put the plugs back in, she started in three kicks.

ive seen a banshee get washed up ..he was going on the side of a huge lake and was bounceing up and down to get traction and just before he was out the chain fell off..blep blep there goes the banshee..the silencers went under ..that was it for that quad....we helped him push it out and up the hill to the truck then we went to ride ..(away from the lake)....then one day we were walking home from school and we seen a guy come ripping across the field and rip across the pond near school with a sled in the summer..it looked brand new ..he never made it ..he swam to the edge then used the phone near the school .got a ride home and got his brothers truck and pulled the sled out..what a buttcheese..i knew it was dumb and i was only 12 years old..

Yo, RepTar, that doesn't look to be floating to me? Maybe so, but...... Anyways, I would believe that a warrior would float, because my blaster almost floats. The back tires float good, but with the engine toward the front it sinks.
