Default Warrior Tie Rods

Ok,

I broke my wrist 6 weeks ago when i hit a tree on my warrior, as fast as i was going i was suprised at the very little damage it did. It bent the inner wheel, I fixed that With a portapower. It had some other minor damage i also fixed, But when i took it for a ride one handed it pulled to one side, closer inspection showed me my front toe was knocked outa alignment. i had to readjust one side out a little bit about an inch or two, I was just wondering will that make not enough thread holding it to the ends??? i mean i really dont feel like breaking somthing else cause i adjusted it to far out.

Sorry For The Long Post

Are the tie-rods and threaded portions of the ends still perfectly straight ? If so, it sounds like something in the steering system (steering stem, bars, or spindle) must be bent. If ya run the rod-ends out too much the threaded portion will bend really easily. For safety sake I'd check for the source of the misalignment and replace as required.

The tie-rods and ends are a classic weak spot - although, it could be designed that way so ya dont bust/bend other more expensive parts down the line !? Not sure which, but I like the Ricky Stator replacements.
