Raptor piping/jetting
Both needles should be set the same. The right carb is the bigger one. Stock jets are 140 left and 145 right with the needle in the 3 slot. I would remove the snorkel also, and put in 150/155. Set your air/fuel mixture screws 3 turns open. Leave your needles on the 3rd slot(both). I would highly recomend a jet kit. Dyno, K&N, or GYTR. Remove the carb from the boots and rotate it. Take off the bowls on the bottom and then screw out the main jet right in the middle. Replace it with the new one and be sure to put it back in the collar the way it was and thats it.

main jets~DJ136 ,DJ138, DJ140, DJ142, DJ144, DJ146, DJ148, DJ150
2 Slide springs, (diffrent than stock)
2 needle springs, Same as stock
2 Dynojet needles (diffrent taper than stock)
2 adjusting washers
2 e clips
the jets included can be used for anything from stone stock at 6000 ft elevation to full exhaust at sea level.
