the honda dealership near me was broken into, they did a radio commercial that said they had recently been broken into and that people didnt have to come at 4:30 in the morning to get a good deal, i thought it was hilarious.............LOL

Local dealer here got ripped off couple of years ago.
Theives stole a 5 ton flat deck from a builders supply up the street and a
forklift from another business broke through the fence and loaded up 8 brand new sleds and Quads
while they were still in the box.Cops found the truck 300 miles away .Never found the machines though.

 

I have a really cool method to stop people from stealing my quad, it spends 90% of the time with no top end or plastic on it, lol. Anywho, dealerships rob us, so I dont feel to bad for em.

 

BSLINEHAND's story sounds familiar. I work at Coca-Cola, which is about 2 blocks from B&B Cycles. About 3 months ago, someone stole a forklift from our yard and now B&B gets robbed!?!? i went to the shop to get oil and a guy is in there and telling how his kids kx-85 was taken from the dealer while in for repair, well he firures he will be getting a new bike . NO they tell him no his insurance will have to pay for it. well he doesn't have insurance , i was left thinking that sucks for the guy, but the dealer said that is how it works, it had something to do with it being out side instead of in the building. but there is a happy ending they go to the fair grounds for some kind of home show and the kid sees a bike in the back of a truck and tells his mom that it is his , turns out the kid was right they gett the bike back. the guy with it in the back of his truck claims he bought it for $700

 

The fellow with the KX85 should talk to a lawyer. Once the dealer took possession, he took responsibility.
