Default Idle

I was reading another post about the tor on a blaster. They said that it is the thing on the top of the carb, and it has something to do with the idle. My blaster hasn't idled for..... a very long time. Could that be what is causing it? Part of it is the timing, but I still think something else is wrong.

Take your throttle cap off. Take the screws out that holds the switch in. Remove the switch. See if that takes care of the idle problem.
