Default "HELP" My baby Wolverine is sick

Hello-
I have not had a promblem with my bike till now, Am not sure what is wrong. It acts as if it's not firing. Can someone tell me if this bike just may need a coil or does it have another nam? I was riding it and it acted as if it ran out of gas but tank was full and I can seem to bring it back to life since. Also what looks to be a coil, is there a way to tell if it is good or bad?.
Thank you all, if you think you can be of help "please e-mail me at embure@yahoo.com
My bike is a 1998 350 4x4 Wolverine

emburge, have you checked spark?.. do the easy things first...if you have none start checking switches..the primary side of your coil could be grounding ....or it could be as simple as a lose wire. Sounds like something small since the bike was running fine and just died..if you do have spark check fuel petcock and tank vent....coils are simple to test....but try the real easy stuff first......good luck..
