Grizzly vs Rincon
#1
why the Grizzly would be my first choice for a new 4x4
the Grizzly has more ground clearance, more power, more suspension travel, larger gas tank, shorter wheelbase, tighter turning radius, front disc brakes, and a locking front differential... both quads weigh 600lbs, but the Rincon is a little longer, and a little wider though...
the only advantage I see the Rincon having is GEARS, instead of a belt that can slip under water... and it is supposed to be a better handling quad...
the latest ATV magazine says that the Rincons gears are better for rock and obsticle crawling because they are engaged all the time as apposed to belt-driven quads.... who have to rev up to get the belt to engage, then lunge forward...
they also said they liked the Rincons brakes over the Grizzly even though the Rincon had front drums... because the Grizzly's drive shaft brake made harsh sounds and vibrations under hard braking at higher speeds???
they said the Rincon handled better, and had softer / more plush suspension
what a hard decision... which one to buy
