Take headlights off Raptor, take bulbs out, put Red Krylon spray paint on the inside of the glass through the bulb socket. I like it but it's a little pink on high beam, I need to give them another coat. Pictures on my page.

Sorry, mods haven't approved the new pics yet. They'll be there.

Have you riden much with the lights on? I would think that the bulbs heat would melt or crack the paint inside. Let me know how that works. I just purchased some Green and Blue transparent vinyl for my sticker machine and was going to cut some out for the outside of the lens so that it will have that blue or green tint to them.

I've seen a couple Rappy's tricked out with colored lights. All I can say...AWESOME!!! The red lights look like a Raptor with blood in its eyes looking at you like your dinner...SWEET!!!

I was thinking the same thing. The paint is considered a permanent mod correct? The vinyl you could always remove.

I turned the high beams on last night for about 15 mins and the lenses didn't get even get hot sitting still in the garage. For the cost of a replacement pair, I could have a clear set for night riding and a red set for day riding. It only takes a few minutes to swap them.

Red eyeballs on a black Raptor looks evil, I like it a lot:-) I wish I could find a black grill, I think it would highlight the red eyeballs.
