BANSHEE, KFX-400, or Z-400?????
I am interested in any of those 3 and I'm wondering which is better. The Banshee im guessing the fastest stock, but the all have there ++++.
Banshee- Speed, what else?? (may wait and get a 2004 anyone know what they will change??)
KFX-400- don't know much about could you explain??(reverse)
Z-400- Great ground clearance (10"), REVERSE!!
Which is better?? I know that the kfx 400 and z-400 are very similar, but what do you all prefer?? I am looking for speed, good in snow, sand, little mud, creeks, open field, also crossing creeks which needs ground clearance. I love the Banshee's looks and speed, but one major thing that would make it incredible is reverse and tiny more ground clearance. I will be JUMPING, RACING, TRAILS, SAND which is best for all this??
ALSO ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET ONE OF THESE EXTREMELY CHEAP NEAR MARYLAND (maybe Virginia) or if they ship....

The Z and the KFX are the SAME Quad, just different plastic. Both have reverse.
From your description of the type of riding you want to do, it sounds like you should get both, a Shee and a Z/KFX. The Shee is going to Rock in the sand and the flat open spaces. But as far as trail, woods and mud/creek riding, the Z/KFX would probably be a better choice.
You are definately dealing with 2 different worlds here (2 Stroke vs 4 Stroke), each has their strong and weak points. My suggestion is to try to ride one of each and then make your decision. Good Luck

What they said pretty much sums it up. I do alot of sand riding, and the banshee is it in the sand. That of course is my opinion, but I have owned a raptor, just traded it off for another banshee, and I currently own a ds. The ds and banshee are both alot of fun, but for all out adrenaline the banshee is the ride to own.
You really need to decide what fits your needs the best. Probably the best overall machine would be the z/kfx, but if you are a power junky, the banshee cant be beat. Of course in stock form the banshee is pretty mild, but a few mods and it rips it up.
