Careful - I dont know for sure but I think ya need something specifically for motorcycles. It has something to do with the aluminum heads, etc.... The regular stuff might allow corrosion.

Dont know fer sure but........

Engine Ice is the only coolant I will run in my bikes. It really works.

When I was running regular green anti-freeze/water mix, I would start overheating in the woods to the point that it would start bogging and loose all power. This is on my play banshee and in really tight woods going up steep hills. Since I changed to Engine Ice, I haven't had a problem. I wish I had a temp gauge so I could give you exact numbers. I know a guy that claims a 20 degree drop on his Goldwing while riding in town. That is what made me buy it.

To use engine ice do you mix it with the bikes coolant or drain it completely and run 100% engine ice.

Drain it completely and run 100% Engine Ice. Redlines Water Wetter mixes with your current coolant. FTZ swears by it, but I have never tried it.

The engine ice is kind of pricey. I think I gave $12 for a half gallon. That is expensive vs conventional coolant is $4 a gallon and you mix it with water. BUT, $12 is cheaper than a piston.
