O-ring or regular

Default O-ring or regular

i bought some chain lube for an o ring chain but i don't know if my chain is o-ring or not. is there a way to tell? can i use the o ring chain lube even if my chain isn't o ring?

you will be able to see the o-rings between each link, on each shaft (of the chain), one on either side.

o ring lubricant is primarily for the chain to sprocket contact. On a non-O-ring chain you will also need to lubricate the internal part of the chain as well. An O-ring luricant may not be the best fot the internal lubrication of the chain.
