use maxima castor 927 and mix it 4 oz. to a gl. the jetting from the factory is the same as it is up north as it is down here in texas so therefore they won't always be right. install the toomeys and pm me i have a pro design air box adaptor with pro design filter airbox and all pm me for price. CHEAP.

You have nothing to worry about.... Your banshee is pretty new so running rich is a good thing for the break-in. Remember also, when it's that cold you have to choke it for a while which makes it even more rich so you're bound to get oil out your pipes. Nobody ever hurt their from being rich - now lean is another story.

Put those Toomeys on, jet it up to AT LEAST 280 mains (depending on other mods) and take it from there. With my mods I run 320 mains at sea level.

Please, for the love of god...DON'T change to AMSOIL!!!!!!!!! Spectro SX is great but if you are set on changing, the Maxima is good and so is the Motul.

Take it back to the dealer and make them scrape out the sphyncter valve, or you'll blow the damn thing up! You don't want to clean up a sphyncter mess, your bike will never run the same.

konobakayaro, you don't know what you are talking about. The ONLY yamaha with a sphyncter valve is the blaster! The banshee uses a modified Pow-gro valve that only needs cleaning every 5th ride! If you "scrape" this valve, you will scratch the Milon coating and it won't operate efficiently! Also be careful with harsh solvents.

alot of never banshee have crank seals go out. that will cause it to be oily. make sure you still have oil in your tranny.
