well if it looks nice, and hasn't been beaten i would pick it up. it sounds like it has alot of money in goodies on it and if it runs good i think it is a pretty good deall. i would personally try to talk him down to 3500 and see what he says

Well, as far as I know, Yamaha didn't make a limited edition in 96. They were all red and yellow.

My playbike is a 99. It has .030 wiseco forged pistons, modified reed cages with carbon fiber reeds, white bros boost bottle, pro-flo 2n1 intake, TORS removed with idle adjusters and Terrycable throttle and clutch cables, EMGO quick adjust clutch lever, O'neal handlebars, new Sprocket specialties sprockets with EK's best chain, Pro-circuit pipes, Dyna igntion, Works front and rear shocks, AC nerfs, bumper, and grabbar, Pro-design kill switch, new bearings, new ITP reinforced wheels with new Fast trekkers all around, alum skid plate, Trinity head, pro design impeller, YZ490 clutch springs, Pro-circuit graphics and seat cover, stainless steel grill, and I am sure there is a lot I am not mentioning. I would be glad to get $3800 for it! And it is in great condition with clear title!

I am with LTZ, $2300 is around the price it would be worth here. In great condtion, maybe $2800.

Like i said, i dont know much AT ALL about banshees, so all i know is what he told me. Im going to take a look at it on saturday, ill post a pic of it sunday just to show yall how it looks for you to tell me what you think. This was just something that came up locally, I'm thinkin 100% Raptor now....

ALKY, I thought the same thing, but then I thought about a shop in Colo that would add some stuff(pipes, maybe sticker kit, misc billet), then call it a limited edition. So Im thinking that the same deal here, local shop did some work, called it limited edition, just not an Official LE banshee, since they werent official in 96!

Man a 96 for 2300-2800 in MO. thats awesome...
